Assistant Director of Resident Services

The Assistant Director of Resident Services is responsible for maintaining the property and making sure it is kept to the high standard which has become associated with The Apartment Store. They will be responsible for overseeing all the details that go into renting an apartment and acts as the primary contact between The Apartment Store and our residents.

Leasing Agent - Property Management

A Leasing Agent is responsible for overseeing all of the details that go into renting an apartment through The Apartment Store. As a primary contact between The Apartment Store and our residents, it is of the utmost importance that our Leasing Agents are always going above and beyond what is expected to deliver a smile.

Property Initiatives Controller - CPA

This position is initially responsible for rationalizing and implementing improvements to budgeting, reporting and tax preparation for the 40+ real estate entities in the residential and commercial management division. The position will require a high level of knowledge, organization, and effective communication.

Property Management Administrator

The Property Management Administrator (DSE) is responsible for providing any guests the customer service our culture strives for. As many times the first contact between The Apartment Store and our residents, it is of the utmost importance that our Delivering Smiles Experts are always going above and beyond what is expected to deliver a smile.

Maintenance Technician - Property Management

The Maintenance Technician is a hands-on representative of the Operations Department whose job is to complete all work orders in a timely and professional manner. Customer service skills are key to succeeding in this role.

Sr. HVAC/Plumbing Technician

The Sr HVAC/Plumbing Technician is a hands-on representative of the Building Services Department whose job is to complete all work orders assigned in a timely and professional manner. Customer service skills are key to succeeding in this role.
